At Trichada LLC, we believe in fair and transparent billing. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services. We encourage you to read it carefully before subscribing to any plan or engaging our consultancy services.
1. General Principles
Trichada LLC provides IT consultancy and managed technology services. Because our services involve significant preparation, allocation of specialist time, and infrastructure provisioning, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while reflecting the real costs of service delivery.
All pricing is displayed in Euros (€) and invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Monthly Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Enterprise) are billed on a monthly basis. The following terms apply:

3. One-Time Consultancy & Project Services
For fixed-scope projects and one-time consultancy engagements, the following terms apply:
- Before work begins: 100% refund of any deposit paid, provided cancellation is requested in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- After work has begun: Refunds are issued only for the portion of work not yet completed, calculated at our standard hourly rate. No refund is issued for work already delivered and accepted.
- Completed and accepted deliverables: No refund is available once the client has formally accepted or used the delivered work.
- Disputes about deliverable quality: Trichada LLC will first attempt to resolve any quality concerns by rectifying the work at no additional cost. If resolution is not achievable, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty:
- Submit a cancellation request by email to contact@trichaday.com or via our contact form
- Include your company name, account email, and the subscription plan you wish to cancel
- We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days
- Your service access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further invoices will be issued after confirmation of cancellation
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Month-to-month flexibility is a core part of our offering.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Third-party software licenses or cloud platform costs purchased on your behalf
- Hardware procurement and associated shipping/handling costs
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Training sessions or workshops that have taken place
- Emergency or out-of-hours support already rendered
6. Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original payment:
- Invoice/bank transfer: Refund credited to the same bank account within 5–10 business days
- Cash on delivery: Refund issued via bank transfer or cash, as agreed with the client
Trichada LLC does not charge fees for processing refunds.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our billing team:
- Email: contact@trichaday.com with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Company Name]"
- Include: Your full name, company name, invoice number, reason for the refund request, and preferred refund method
- Response time: We review all refund requests within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your concern to our management team at contact@trichaday.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, you retain the right to pursue available legal remedies.
9. Changes to This Policy
Trichada LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
